If you would like to purchase products from DP Brown of Detroit and have not previously submitted a New Customer Application,
please follow the directions listed below to complete the Customer Application form.
- Open the Credit Application and Tax Exempt Term forms by clicking the appropriate link below.
- Print a copy of the form and fill out the required information.
- Sign and date completed forms and fax to our Saginaw office. The fax number is(989)771-0700.
